Well what I do is copy the text from the word file, and then you select add text after submitting a deviation. Then you paste it into the text spot provided and such... That's what I do anyways.

That's exactly it. When you click on 'Select Deviation', You'll notice that in the normal box there's two buttons "Add a File" and "Add Text" . You'll click "Add Text" and another dialogue window wil come up. You then copy your text from the Word Document and paste it in that box. Press "OK", and that should do it!
